11 values that inform the future we’re creating
Mission Driven Impact is NOT just a coaching service. It’s not just another online business or info product startup.
We’re building a community of Founders, social entrepreneurs, and impact-driven business leaders who are dedicated not just to growing an organization, but to leaving the world better than how they found it.
Our mission is simple: to help social innovators communicate their ideas better so they can get the word out + make the impact they’ve been called to make in the world.
We’re in the business of inspiring change through the power of compelling stories + simple methods for sharing them.
To do this well we wanted to create our own manifesto about what we believe, the values we stand for, and what that means for the people we serve.
Innovation
Changemakers can’t be afraid of change. We don’t believe in doing things the same way they’ve always been done. (That obviously isn’t working.)
We represent a more modern approach to solving social issues. That includes digital-first strategy, lean + agile thinking, and a focus on action over endless “strategic planning.”
Authenticity
Our differences are what make us special, and each of us has a unique gift to share with the world. So stop trying to be like every other person or company.
The businesses + organizations that are going to succeed into the future are those that offer real, genuine connection with the people they’ve been called to serve.
Empowerment
We’re a done-with-you service, which means you learn + become empowered through the process of working together. You walk away with greater knowledge, skill, and capacity that lasts far into the future.

First Principles
We’re not here to teach outdated conventions or fad tactics. Technology may change, but the foundational skills of getting in front of the right people + inspiring them to take action do not.
We use a proven framework intentionally designed to sustain your growth into a rapidly-evolving future.
Integrity
We will NOT work with business + organizations that put profits over people, that negatively impact the vision of the world we seek to create, and/or that cling to outdated ideas about the way things “should” be and refuse to challenge the status quo.
We envision our community united under a common mission — to leave the world better than how we found it.
Inclusion
We actively value the necessity of diverse backgrounds + perspectives for feeling welcomed, heard, and understood in any community.
We advocate the mindset of a “culture-add” over “culture-fit” among our clients, team, counsel, and the places we learn from.
Excellence
Abraham Lincoln said, “Whatever you are, be a good one.”
To do that, we believe in constantly learning, growing, and becoming the best versions of ourselves. It’s about doing the best we can in every moment with what we’ve been given.
Abundance
We resist a scarcity mentality that fosters small thinking, encourages unhealthy competition, causes us to overlook opportunities, limits our inspiration, and prevents us from sharing our gifts with the world.
Stewardship
Life’s greatest privilege is taking care of others. We believe in looking out for people in our respective communities, serving those in need, and recognizing the dignity of every person.
This extends to respect for the environment, protection of natural resources, and advocating for those who cannot speak for themselves.
The Slight Edge
We believe that radical change most often comes from doing small things consistently, compounded over time.
Make incremental progress. Get a little bit better every day. Continue to put one foot in front of the other. And most importantly — don’t ever give up on what you were put on earth to do.
Simplicity
Perfection isn’t achieved when there’s nothing left to add. It reveals itself when there’s nothing left to subtract.
We believe that the technicalities of business + marketing should never be the limiting factor of an idea for a just, equitable, and sustainable future getting out into the world.
